From the moment you walk in, the environment is welcoming, cozy, and full of genuinely friendly people — the staff truly makes you feel right at home. The food is incredible. The croissants are AMAZING, the cinnamon rolls and fritters are absolute must-tries, and the donut selection is always on point. They have the classic favorites like glazed and traditional donuts, but what really sets them apart are the rotating specialty flavors. Each week there’s something new and fun — banana split, peach cobbler, lemon blueberry, and so many more. You can tell everything is made fresh and with care. They’re also not just about donuts — their breakfast options are fantastic too. The breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, and biscuits and gravy are filling, flavorful, and perfect if you’re looking for something savory. And the coffee? Easily the best in town — and it’s their own coffee, which makes it even better. Smooth, flavorful, and the perfect pairing with anything on the menu. If you’re looking for great food, great coffee, and an even better atmosphere, this place is a local gem. Highly recommend stopping in — once you do, you’ll keep coming back. ”

“ Praise God, I'm only leaving a review because the young lady asked me to. I would say it was delicious, especially the donuts, but I also got the meal deal. I pray God blesses the "Not Just Donuts" business, and I would ask that you offer something other than coffee with the meal deals. Though I'm a coffee drinker, my wife isn't. Maybe she could have had a cup of tea or water, which would have made her happier, and you know what they say, "happy wife, happy life." Lol. Seriously, it was delicious, and I will up my star rating next time I arrive and the meal deal drink option changes. No hard feelings at all, just leaving an honest review. The people there are super friendly and kind from what I was seeing. Praise God! ”

And the service was amazing and fast very efficient the range of donut flavors is astronomical there's so many flavors more so than you would see other places they also offer breakfast sandwiches on croissants and bagels and they have everything croissants I got the bacon egg cheese everything bagel and a half dozen donuts they're flavors are amazing I highly recommend this place ”

“ Stopped by for breakfast sandwiches but couldn’t resist the donuts. My mom has brought donuts home before, but this was our first time coming in ourselves and we’re so glad we did. We ordered a bagel sandwich and an iced latte, and everything was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the egg and cheese were, and the iced latte was perfectly made. It’s more of a grab and go spot, but there are two small tables inside, and it’s right in the heart of downtown Franklin with benches and gazebos outside to enjoy breakfast. Staff were also very friendly! Plus, the festive donuts are so cute. We will definitely be back. ”
